1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging, including all manufacturer’s boxes, manuals, and all accessories.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Any product that has been used, assembled, or has had fuel/oil added.
  • Items classified as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
  • Gas-powered equipment that has been started.
  • Products with damaged or missing serial numbers.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Return Process (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Contact Us
Before initiating any return, you must first contact our customer service team at contact@professionalandscaper.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Secure Your RMA Number
Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.

Step 3: Ship the Item Back
Once you have your RMA number, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. The item must be securely packed in its original packaging.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost of the original outbound shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • 15% to 20% restocking fee may be applied to returns that are not a result of our error (e.g., you changed your mind). This fee covers the cost of inspecting and repackaging the product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care to ensure our products are shipped in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged or is defective:

  • Freight Shipments: You must note the damage on the carrier’s bill of lading (BOL) upon delivery. Please refuse the shipment if the damage is severe. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@professionalandscaper.com with photos of the damage and the packaging.

We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no cost to you, depending on the severity of the issue.

6. Warranty Issues

This Return Policy is separate from any Manufacturer’s Warranty that may be included with your product. Please refer to the warranty documentation provided with your product for issues that arise after the 30-day return period. For warranty claims, please contact us, and we will facilitate the process with the manufacturer.

7. Exchanges
