Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after we receive your order and confirm payment.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major US holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

3. Shipping Methods, Carriers & Timeframes

Due to the size and weight of our products (e.g., stump grinders, chippers, riding mowers), they are shipped via Freight Carrier (such as FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, or a similar trucking company).

  • Shipping Carrier: We partner with reputable freight carriers to ensure your heavy equipment arrives safely.
  • Transit Time: Once shipped, transit times typically range from 17 to 25 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Professionalandscaper.com.
  • “Liftgate Service” is Included: Freight shipments require a forklift or a hydraulic liftgate on the truck for delivery. We include liftgate service at no extra cost to ensure you can receive the item without needing a loading dock.
  • “Threshold Delivery”: The carrier will deliver the item to the curb or driveway at your delivery address. It is the customer’s responsibility to move the item to its final location. The freight driver is not responsible for unpacking, assembling, or moving the item inside your home or garage.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product’s size, weight, and your delivery address. You will see the final shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $1,900 to most locations within the continental US, as promoted on our site. Some remote or limited-access areas may be subject to additional shipping surcharges.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking website. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress.

6. Receiving Your Shipment

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: It is extremely important that you inspect the packaging and the product for any visible damage before the freight driver leaves.
  • Note Any Damage: If you see any damage to the packaging or the product, you must note the damage on the driver’s bill of lading (shipping paperwork) before signing for it. Take photos of the damage for your records.
  • Concealed Damage: If you discover damage after the driver has left and the item has been unpacked (concealed damage), please contact us at contact@professionalandscaper.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide photos of the damage to the product and the packaging.

Failure to note damage on the bill of lading at the time of delivery may void our return/warranty policy for that item and complicate damage claims with the carrier.

7. Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather, carrier delays, or global supply chain issues) may occasionally cause delays. We will communicate any significant delays we are aware of to you via email.
